Intellectual Property
(i) All original works produced by Mathwise Tutoring prior to any contractual arrangement with a Client will remain the property of Mathwise Tutoring. Any works produced prior to the contractual arrangement and given to the Client during the course of tuition, maybe used by the Client during and after the termination of contract with Mathwise Tutoring.
(ii) The Tutor acknowledges that all original works produced by Mathwise Tutoring in the course of fulfilment of any tutor’s obligations will become simultaneously the property of Client, and Mathwise Tutoring which can be used during and after the termination of the contract.
(iii) All original works produced by Mathwise Tutoring are described by the following, and are not exempt from aforementioned clauses stated in the Intellectual Property rights.
